Horsemanship Clinics

Beginner Clinic

We developed these clinics to help new and considering horse owners on the road to responsible horse ownership. We strive to educate and empower new “horse people” to be their very best. Our mission is to show people the proper path to being good horse owners and understand their role in that title. We want each person to know that when you own a horse, you own a friend. There is far more to horse ownership then just riding and putting the animal away. We teach each person to achieve the very best long-term friendship with their horse. We teach that through proper nutrition, care, patience, and love, you will have a friend for years to come.

In the clinics, we teach how to care for and maintain your horse from the ground up. We cover all the basics and build based on each person’s level of experience. Whether you are a brand new beginner or had a little time on a saddle, we tailor everything to your level. We firmly reinforce safe horsemanship, which is a fundamental key in our program. Being on a horse is only fun as long you are safe and your horse is too. During the course of the clinic we cover everything that will help you build your perfect partnership. We try and present a fun environment where people learn and enjoy their day. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Our horse instruction curriculum will include, but is not limited to:

  1. Instructional lectures
  2. Grooming and tack-up
